Caregiver stress group

Wednesdays, 7pm PT

About this group

Caregiving can be an isolating and emotional experience. You might feel overwhelmed managing the various aspects of caregiving, and it’s important to know that you’re not alone. This is a group where we can share our experiences and provide support for each other. We focus on caregivers of adults with disorders such as ALS, MS, Alzheimer's, stroke, brain injury, and other chronic debilitating health conditions.

Host: Alvin

Alvin has been a caregiver since early 2016 when his father was diagnosed with ALS. He works as a software developer at a company called Riley. He's also writing a book about his experiences maintaining a work/caregiving balance.
