Getting support is hard

It’s common to have to deal with mood issues and depression. Most of us will face this at points in our life. But as universal as this experience is, it’s hard to find people to talk to about it. It might feel like too negative a topic to bring up. Or you don’t want to bring it up too often. In any case, most people just can’t understand what you’re going through, unless they feel something similar. 

Your Campfire group is full of people who can truly empathize. It’s a place to get and give support. To heal, bond and simply be your authentic self.
