HOW THIS WORKS
The Course is 8 weeks long with 7 weeks of material and 1 Integration Week.
LESSONS EACH WEEK
Every Friday afternoon, the next week’s material will be released. Download the audio recording at your leisure and listen to it when you can. Follow along with the weekly Exploration Workbook.
WEEKLY EXPLORATION WORKBOOK
Download a beautiful weekly workbook with provoking questions and exercises to guide you through your exploration of that week’s material.
To accommodate time zones and busy schedules, there are two Group Coaching Calls each week: Tuesdays at 7:00 pm EST and Fridays at 10:00 am EST. This is when you’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions about your own life and get coached personally by me. You’ll also benefit from the value of hearing everyone else get coached through similar issues (we’re all in this together). These calls are extremely powerful.

You’ll receive additional monthly lessons on each of the 7 topic areas, allowing you to continue on an even deeper journey.
